What is the time-
Application fees tobe prescribed which must be reasonable.
If further fees required, then the same must be intimated in writing with calculation details of how the fiture was arrived at.
Applicant can seek review of the decision on fees charged by the PIO by applying to the appropriate Appellate authority.
No fees will be charged from people living Below Poverty Line (BPL).
Applicant must be provided information free of cost if the PIO fails to comply with the prescribed time limit.
The fee should be paid by way of Cash or Demand Draft or Banker's Cheque or Indian Postal Order or Court Fee Stamp in favour of Accounts Officer at ZPP level, EO (PR&RD) at Mandal level or authorised Officer of the Public Authority against proper receipt.
